"Because of my external sensitivities, I cannot tolerate most products-even some specially designed for the severely allergic and chemically sensitive. Needless to say, material selection (and finish products in particular) have to be selected with care. That's where your AFM products come in. I tested several paints, sealers, and Poly's recommended by doctors, patients, and those I had researched. None were successful, except one. All gave me reactions-even after curing-even those specially formulated for the chemically sensitive, except one. Only AFM products were tolerable for me. While I cannot be around them while wet or during the curing process, AFM is the only product line I have found that is successful for me after it has cured. I used the paint and Poly BP throughout the entire house! While each person is different and definitely should test every product, I would definitely recommend that everyone least try your superior products. Even those who are not prone to sensitivities should try them because of their superior performance. I say that because the hardwood floor man, who specializes in high-end custom installations told my general contractor just how impressed he was! He was very pleased with the performance of the Poly BP, even though he had previously been skeptical of it because of it's being a water-based Poly. And you should have seen the woman who helped me wash my walls down after the construction was through! Her eyes would light up every time she said, "This is REALLY NICE PAINT! I just can't get over how washable it is!" With the help of a lot of volunteers, and AFM, I was able to make a successful move from my steel "bubble" to a real home. "After four members of our family were diagnosed with allergies, our doctor recommended that we immediately remove over 2000 square feet of old "Brady Bunch" shag carpet from our 3500 square foot home before beginning allergy treatment. Saving thousands of dollars, we did much of the work ourselves. We rolled up our sleeves and, with the help of some friends, we just plunged right in. There was lots of scraping, patching, sanding, and painting during those six weeks. We removed the carpet and padding, filled the cracks with wood patch (and concrete filler where required), then sanded and painted and stenciled everything from ceiling to sub floor. We even painted and stenciled some furniture to coordinate with some rooms. Because of limited finances in purchasing hardwood floors and furniture for the entire house up front, we decided initially to stencil all the sub floors (and concrete) and later to focus on the rooms one at a time as funds became available. We highly recommend using Polyureseal BP (manufactured by AFM, the highest quality water based alternative to other polyurethane systems). Our floors have stood up through the abuse of 3 small children and still look terrific after 16 months! The kids enjoy playing with their racecars, puzzles, Legos and other hard toys and the floors still shine. As of yet, we see no evidence of the high volume foot traffic in places where we would expect to see some sign of wear. We have been 100% satisfied with the sealing property of Safecoat Polyureseal BP that we used on our floors."

Just a brief note to acknowledge your paint products which we recently discovered. HQ is an executive suite company. We lease office space to individuals along with services such as telephone operators, secretaries and a receptionist. Unlike traditional office space, the terms of our leases are much shorter thus producing a need to paint each time a tenant moves out.
Painting throughout the business hours was always a problem due to the
offensive fumes the paint would omit. A phone call to a local paint

I just had to tell you how pleased I am with AFM products. Being extremely chemically sensitive and having many allergies, life is a day to day struggle. Redecorating had been next to impossible without much suffering; but since I've found your products, I've been able to do just that! With AFM's various sealants I've successfully a new vinyl floor, vinyl covered wallpaper, plywood and particle board against outgassing noxious and toxic fumes. I've treated new washable fabrics such as curtains, bedspreads and even clothing, by washing Super Clean, followed by vinegar and baking soda rinses. Super Clean does a great job of shampooing upholstered furniture and carpets too, in addition to general cleaning.
I'm most grateful for having found AFM products and highly recommend them to anyone who finds it necessary (or just desirable) to improve their environment. Thank you so much for making my life more pleasant.

The San Diego Factory Outlet Center is a five hundred thousand square foot retail shopping mall located in San Ysidro near the Mexican border. We receive thousands of visitors every day. We used a very harsh, pine oil based cleaner to maintain our restrooms and common facilities. I love your products! Thirteen years ago, I was injured when a contractor used an excessive amount of paint stripper to remove a sealer without providing adequate ventilation. Vapors made several employees very sick and I immediately developed a lung disorder called reactive airways dysfuntion syndrome. This means that I am now very sensitive to respiratory irritants and many chemicals. For years I struggled to find safe cleaning products and safe paints until I found your wonderful no odor products. Two years ago my landlord (a public housing authority near Seattle) did a major renovation in my apartment building. I sent them to Environmental Home Center where they were able to purchase "Cindy-friendly" products. "Once in a while a really superb product comes along that does a badly needed job far better than traditional materials. Your DynoSeal water emulsion asphaltic sealing compound fixed leaks in our roof with great success. Most homes in Santa Fe are "adobe style" with flat roofs
made up of layers of roofing paper coated with heavy asphalt. In the old days when of good quality roofing asphalt, such roofs lasted 20 years or more. Not any more! The only asphalt available now to build or repair these roofs is of such poor quality that most roofers no longer give any guarantees for work they do on them. When our roof developed severe cracks, mechanical failures at skylights and stacks, and leaks so bad that flooring and rugs got ruined, we tried EVERY patch and repair material we could find in our local builders supply stores to fix the problems. They were miserable to apply. Too stiff to work in cold weather, too runny in hot weather, and adhered poorly if at all to the old roofing material. At best, repairs using these materials lasted a few weeks before developing THEIR OWN cracks and mechanical failures. Then, at your recommendation, we tried AFM's DynoSeal. This stuff is incredible! It can be applied in any weather, even on wet surfaces, with EXCELLENT adhesion. Being a water-based asphaltic emulsion, you can clean it off yourself and your tools with water before it sets up. And once it does set up on your roof (in just an hour or two), it turns into an incredibly tough yet permanently flexible membrane which lasts and lasts. DynoSeal is by far the best solution we've found to patching and repairing leaks in built-up asphalt roofs. Yes, it costs a lot more per gallon than the traditional stuff that DOESN'T work, but you can apply it JUST ONCE instead of over and over again. So the end result costs no more in dollars and a whole lot less in time and exasperation. I'm very grateful that AFM made DynoSeal available to solve our difficult asphalt roof repair problems. I recommend it wholeheartedly to other roof affliction sufferers."
